If You Do This, Your Day Will Never Be The Same. ️

You don't need to do anything. You continue cooking, laying bricks, plumbing, driving, whatever you're doing. But in your ears, you're thinking about the meanings of the Qur'an.

And who knows — let's say you're a bricklayer, you're laying your bricks one by one, and then you hear: اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ. Allah doesn't need anyone, but everyone needs Allah. You stop.

You say: اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ.

Akhi, this small surah — قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ — you know, there were companions of the Prophet who recited this surah every single rak'ah. Every single rak'ah.

For them, it was never about quantity and completion. It was about depth and transformation.

He sent a group of companions out on a journey and they came back. They said: the leader you appointed — every rak'ah he recites قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ. The Prophet ﷺ calls him and asks: why do you do this? He said:

"Because it is the description of the Most Merciful, and I love to recite it." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 7375)

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"You will be with the one you love." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 6168; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2640)

You will meet Allah.

But if from today till the day you die, you just understood قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ — and you recited it every rak'ah, and it makes you yearn to meet Allah — insha'Allah, you will meet Allah.

It's not about quantity, guys. It's about depth.
