If You Have Everything, But Not This? You’re Finished. ⌛️️

If you have technology and communication and power and all these things, but you don't have the connection to Allah, and you're not grounded in the fear of Allah, you're finished. This is how tyrants are made. People who have power, wealth, influence, they own the algorithm, but they don't fear Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Now you become the opposite of an influential for the sake of Allah. You become an influence diverting people away from Allah. You become Fir'aun.

How Does Allah Describe Fir'aun?

How does Allah describe Fir'aun? How does Musa عليه السلام describe Fir'aun? Rabbana — O Allah, you have given Fir'aun:

You gave him all of this beauty and you gave him wealth and power and control and army — so that he can take people away from your path.

The Foundation That Must Come First

Absolutely. All these things we talked about, if they can be weaponized against Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and against the believers, and they can be used for the sake of Allah — what's the difference between both? It is somebody who has the fear of Allah and the humility and the gratitude and the dhikr of Allah in their life.

And this is the foundation. If it's not built before other things are built, this is when you see people — Muslims who are wealthy, who are powerful, who have abilities, who own apps — but they lost. They use everything Allah has given them to send people away from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.

And this can happen to any of us.
