Ramadan Immersion Program

Since the commencement of the month of Ramadan, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has continued the blessed sunnah and practice of divine revelation —

— that it was in the month of Ramadan that the Quran was revealed.

Dear brothers and sisters, here at Miftah we want to make sure that despite any difficulties that we are having in these days or these times, we are able to continue the sunnah of divine knowledge. And we have put together a comprehensive semester program for the month of Ramadan that we have titled the Ramadan Immersion Program.

Program Highlights

We will have classes from different scholars and different speakers and they would be teaching different subjects:

• Imam Khalid Latif teaching The Book of Assistance by Imam al-Haddad for the sake of our spirituality.
• Ubaidullah Evans teaching Al-Bidāyat al-Hidāyah for the purpose of teaching us how to deal with one another.
• Mufti Abdul Rahman teaching the tafsir of Surah al-Hujurat so we can know what the code of conduct is for our families.
• Sheikh Abdullah Waheed teaching us the lives of the greatest two companions of the Prophet — Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) — and having a class on du'a and which du'as to make throughout the entire month.

These are just a few classes that we will have in the month of Ramadan.

Collaborations & Availability

We are excited to announce collaborations with Yaqeen Institute, Alim, and other organizations all across America. This will be a month of knowledge and it doesn't matter if we stay at home or if we are stuck at home — we will make sure the sunnah of learning and teaching does not end just because of our situation. Rather, we will take advantage of the situation and we will jump upon this opportunity.
